If you have purchased services from BitDegree and do not feel entirely satisfied, BitDegree will refund the full amount that you were charged within 30 days after the purchase and discontinue your access.
After the 30-day window closes, the payments are issued to instructors, and BitDegree is no longer able to provide you with a refund. Refunds will also not be issued to accounts that have violated the Terms of Service.

If BitDegree determines that a user is abusing the Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate their account and discontinue or restrict all current or future use of the service provided by BitDegree without issuing a refund.
